The preparation method comprises the following steps: 01) mixing cement and water to form cement slurry; 02) adding fly ash and a water reducing agent into the cement slurry, and uniformly mixing to form a mixed slurry; (03) adding machine-made sand and gravel into the mixed slurry, and uniformly mixing to form cement mortar, and (04) pouring the cement mortar into a mold, curing, and demolding to obtain the underwater concrete containing the machine-made sand. The underwater concrete containing the machine-made sand has the advantages that the application range is wide. In addition, the preparation method of the underwater concrete containing the machine-made sand has the advantage of being good in quality.
