The invention provides a method for preparing a BaCaV2O7 microwave dielectric ceramic material at a low temperature, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of inorganic non-metallic materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking Ba(NO3)2, Ca(NO3)2.4H2O, NH4VO3 and citric acid as raw materials, respectively dissolving the raw materials in water at room temperature or under a water bath condition to form a solution A, a solution B and a solution C, mixing the solutions, and continuously heating and stirring to prepare blue sol; and drying and grinding the blue sol and calcining the blue sol for a short time at a certain temperature to obtain the BaCaV2O7 material. According to the method, high-purity powder is prepared at low temperature through specific raw material composition and a preparation way, the calcining time is short, the obtained powder is small in particle size, the process is stable and simple, the reproducibility is good, and the method has a very good application prospect.
本发明提供了一种低温制备BaCaV2O7微波介质陶瓷材料的方法,属于无机非金属材料制备技术领域。以Ba(NO3)2、Ca(NO3)2·4H2O、NH4VO3和柠檬酸为原料,首先将原料在室温或水浴条件下分别溶解于水中,形成A、B、C三种溶液,然后将其混合,连续加热搅拌,制备出蓝色溶胶。将蓝色溶胶干燥、研磨后在一定温度下短时间煅烧,得到BaCaV2O7材料。本发明通过特定的原料组成和制备途径,在低温下制备出高纯度粉体,煅烧时间短,得到的粉体粒径小,工艺稳定、简单,重现性好,具有很好的应用前景。
