The invention relates to outdoor tent fabric with an efficient, uvioresistant and heat-insulating coating. After a base blank is subjected to desizing, dyeing and shaping, the mode of repeated coating for two times is used, wherein the coating finishing step comprises the sub-steps as follows: 1, base coating: selecting two-liquid polyurethane resin and adding amino-modified small-particle-size inorganic oxide hollow microspheres for compounding; and 2, surface coating: selecting PU color glue to be compounded with modified large-particle-size inorganic oxide hollow microspheres. Inorganic oxide hollow microspheres/polyurethane coatings with gradient particle sizes are selected, infrared rays and ultraviolet rays in sunlight are blocked and reflected through two times of coating processes, penetration of light rays is effectively blocked, and the inorganic oxide hollow microspheres are modified through an amino silane coupling agent, so that the inorganic oxide hollow microspheres have better compatibility and dispersity in polyurethane, chemically bonded inorganic oxide hollow microspheres/polyurethane coatings are formed, and uniform and firm adhesion of the coating to fabric is better facilitated.
本发明涉及一种高效抗紫外隔热涂层户外帐篷织物,基胚经过退浆染色定型之后,采用两次重复涂层的方式,其中涂层整理步骤如下:(1)底涂,选用二液型聚胺酯树脂并添加氨基改性后的小粒径无机氧化物空心微球进行复配;(2)面涂,选用PU彩胶与改性后的大粒径无机氧化物空心微球复配。选用梯度粒径的无机氧化物空心微球/聚氨酯涂层,并通过两次涂层工艺来阻隔并反射太阳光中的红外线和紫外线,有效阻隔了光线的穿透,无机氧化物空心微球,经氨基硅烷偶联剂改性,使无机氧化物空心微球在聚氨酯中的相容性、分散性更好,形成化学键合的无机氧化物空心微球/聚氨酯涂层,更利于实现涂层在织物上均匀、牢固的附着。
