The invention discloses a vibration pile driver for engineering construction. The vibration pile driver comprises a base, wherein a rotating rod is rotationally arranged in the base; the rotating rod is driven by a driving device to rotate; a plurality of matching box bodies are arranged on one side of the rotating rod; opening inner cavities are formed in the matching box bodies; the adjacent matching box bodies are connected in a sliding fit mode through the opening inner cavities; symmetrical matching grooves are formed in the end walls of the two sides of the opening inner cavities in a communicating mode; sliding connecting box bodies are arranged between the matching grooves; and an operation device used for pushing the sliding connecting box bodies to operate on one sides of the matching grooves is arranged between the sliding connecting box bodies. According to the vibration pile driver, a pile driving shaft can be segmented, and after being assembled at the same height, the pile driving shaft slides and rotates along the matching grooves to realize a reciprocating vibration pile driving process.
