The invention discloses a sanitary floor drain capable of quickly dredging blockage. The sanitary floor drain comprises a floor drain treatment box, wherein a water through cavity which is through up and down is formed in the floor drain treatment box; the top ends of the front and rear walls of the water through cavity are fixedly connected with a floor drain; the left wall of the water through cavity communicates with a floor drain treatment cavity; the lower wall of the floor drain treatment cavity is connected with a movable cleaning box capable of extending into the water through cavity rightwards in a left-right sliding manner; a movable block cavity with an upward opening is formed in the movable cleaning box; the lower wall of the movable block cavity is connected with a movable block in a front-back sliding manner; a transmission cavity with an upward opening is formed in the movable block; and the lower side of the transmission cavity communicates with a clutch cavity with a downward opening. According to the sanitary floor drain disclosed by the invention, a cleaning wheel is quickly moved out when the floor drain is blocked, and the cleaning wheel can move back and forth while rotating; and in addition, the floor drain is comprehensively cleaned by matching with the overall movement of the movable cleaning box.
