Desilting method for prefabricated pump station
The invention discloses a desilting method for a prefabricated pump station, and particularly relates to a desilting device for the prefabricated pump station. The desilting device comprises a base connected with a pump, four desilting channels formed in the base, a slope guide structure connected with the four desilting channels, and a material passing structure used for preventing the desilting channels from being blocked, wherein the slope guide structure is fixed to the base and communicates with the four desilting channels; one end of the material passing structure is arranged in the four desilting channels, and the other end of the material passing structure is located outside the base; and silt in sewage slides downwards to a large liquid guide groove and a small liquid guide groove on the face according to the action of gravity and is guided to flow in the direction of a liquid discharging hole, discharging and fixing are conducted, a piston rod contracts towards the interior of an air box, the lower portion of the liquid discharging hole is blocked through a filter barrel, solid impurities are pushed to move towards a solid discharging hole in the moving process till the solid impurities retreat out of an outer ring, filtering of particle impurities is completed, and blockage caused by excessive accumulation is avoided.
本发明公开了一种预制泵站的清淤方法,还具体涉及到一种预制泵站的清淤装置,包括用于与泵相接的底座、在底座开设的四路清淤通道、与四路清淤通道分别连接的斜面引导结构、以及用于防止清淤通道堵塞的通料结构,所述斜面引导结构固定在底座上,并与四路清淤通道连通,通料结构的一端置于四路清淤通道内,通料结构的另一端位于底座的外部;污水中的淤物在此面上依据重力的作用,下滑到大导液槽和小导液槽上,引导其向排液孔方向流动,排固位,活塞杆向气箱内收缩,过滤筒堵住排液孔的下方,在移动的过程中推动固体杂质朝排固体孔移动,直至退出外环的外部,完成颗粒杂质的过滤,避免堆积过多造成的堵塞。
