Steel structure with double anti-seismic property
The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure machining, in particular to a steel structure with double anti-seismic property. The steel structure comprises a top plate and a bottom plate which are provided with U-shaped sections, openings of the top plate and the bottom plate are oppositely formed, and the top plate and the bottom plate are connected through two pairs of guide connecting devices; and a center column is fixedly connected to the center of the inner top of the top plate, a mounting groove with a downward opening is formed in the lower portion of the center column, a guide column is fixedly connected to the center of the inner bottom of the bottom plate, a cavity is formed in the upper portion of the guide column, a movable circular plate is slidably connected into the cavity, and hydraulic oil is contained in the position, below the movable circular plate, of the cavity. The steel structure has the beneficial effects that the center column drives a moving column to move downwards, so that the moving column drives the movable circular plate to move downwards to extrude the hydraulic oil in the cavity; when the hydraulic oil is under pressure, the hydraulic oil is sprayed upwards through damping holes, the diameter of the damping holes can be set to be 0.5-1 mm, thus the spraying speed of the hydraulic oil is low, and therefore the good buffering and anti-seismic effects can be achieved.
本发明涉及钢结构加工技术领域,具体涉及一种具有双重抗震性能的钢结构,包括截面呈凹字形的顶板和底板,顶板和底板的开口相对设置,所述顶板和底板之间通过两对导向连接装置相连接;所述顶板的内顶部中央处固定连接有中心柱,中心柱下部开设有开口朝下设置的安装槽,在底板的内底部中央处固定连接有导向柱,导向柱上部开设有空腔,空腔内滑动连接有移动圆板,移动圆板下方的空腔内盛有液压油。本发明的有益效果是中心柱带动移动柱向下运动,从而移动柱带动移动圆板向下运动对空腔内的液压油进行挤压;当液压油受到压力后会通过阻尼孔向上喷出,此处阻尼孔的直径可设置在0.5‑1mm,使得液压油的喷出速度较慢,因此可以起到较佳的缓冲抗震作用。
