Construction process of prefabricated double-steel-plate-concrete combined shear wall
The invention relates to a construction process of a prefabricated double-steel-plate-concrete combined shear wall. The construction process comprises the steps of connection between the shear wall and a foundation, vertical connection of the shear wall, horizontal connection and connection between the shear wall and a floor slab. The shear wall is connected through a penetrating bolt by adopting an outer steel plate in the vertical direction, and vertical prestressed tendons are arranged in the shear wall; splicing is carried out in a comb tooth seam mode in the horizontal direction, and fixing is carried out through arc-shaped bolts and vertical full-length bolts; the inserting type prefabricated foundation is adopted, and the bottom of the shear wall is connected with reserved joint bars through grouting sleeves; and the composite floor slab is adopted, and the shear wall and the floor slab are fixed through angle steel, the penetrating bolt and the prestressed tendons. Compared with a traditional reinforced concrete shear wall, the prefabricated double-steel-plate-concrete combined shear wall has the advantages that the bearing capacity is guaranteed, meanwhile, the section thickness of the wall body can be effectively reduced, and the good damping and energy dissipation capacity is achieved; and in addition, the shear wall, the foundation, the floor slab and other components are prefabricated in a factory, so that the links of on-site pouring, welding and the like are avoided, safety and reliability are achieved, construction is rapid, environmental protection is achieved, and the construction process is suitable for standardized design and production.
本发明涉及一种预制装配式双钢板‑混凝土组合剪力墙的施工工艺,包括剪力墙与基础的连接、剪力墙的竖向连接、水平连接与和楼板之间的连接。剪力墙在竖直方向采用外钢板通过穿心螺栓进行连接,并在内部设置竖向预应力筋;水平方向采用梳齿缝的形式进行拼接,利用弧形螺栓和竖向通长螺栓进行固定;采用插入式预制基础,剪力墙底部与预留插筋通过灌浆套筒进行连接;采用叠合楼板,利用角钢、穿心螺栓以及预应力钢筋实现剪力墙与楼板的固定。相较于传统的钢筋混凝土剪力墙,预制装配式双钢板‑混凝土组合剪力墙在保证承载力的同时,可有效减小墙体截面厚度,具有良好的减震耗能能力。此外,剪力墙、基础、楼板等构件在工厂预制完成,避免了现场浇筑、焊接等环节,安全可靠,施工快捷,绿色环保,适用于标准化设计、生产。
