The invention discloses a prefabricated slat facilitating installation of wall surface facilities. The prefabricated slat comprises a slat body, a top keel and leveling feet, wherein structural core-pulling holes are formed in the two ends of the slat body; a pipeline core-pulling hole is formed between the structural core-pulling holes in the two ends; the pipeline core-pulling hole deviates from the center line of the slat body in the thickness direction; an installation groove communicating with the pipeline core-pulling hole is formed in the side wall, close to the pipeline core-pulling hole, of the slat body; the top of the slat body is connected with the top keel; the pipeline core-pulling hole is located in one side of the top keel, so that a pipeline can conveniently penetrate into or out of the pipeline core-pulling hole from one side of the top keel; the leveling feet are inserted into the lower ends of the structural core-pulling holes of the slat body; and a gap for the pipeline to penetrate into the pipeline core-pulling hole is reserved between the leveling feet and the slat body.
