The invention relates to the technical field of wood boards, and particularly relates to a bamboo-wood fiber polymer board and a preparation method thereof. The bamboo-wood fiber polymer board comprises a wood board layer and a bamboo curtain layer wrapping the outer side of the wood board layer, wherein the bamboo curtain layer and the wood board layer are bonded through a bonding layer to form the bamboo-wood fiber polymer board; the wood board layer comprises a panel connecting plate and two wood board panels symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the panel connecting plate; and the wood board panels are connected with the panel connecting plate in an inserted mode through a plurality of connecting mechanisms. According to the bamboo-wood fiber polymer board and the preparation method thereof, the wood board panels and the panel connecting plate are connected through the connecting mechanisms, meanwhile, connecting gaps are filled with glue, and the strength of the wood board layer is improved; and meanwhile, the bamboo curtain layer is bonded to the surface of the wood board layer, and the strength and toughness of the polymer board are further improved.
