The invention discloses a wall body, a lintel of the wall body and a manufacturing method of a preset notch in the lintel. The lintel comprises a lintel body used for being arranged above an installation groove of the wall body, and the lintel body is provided with the preset notch used for allowing a line pipe of a distribution box installed in the installation groove to enter and exit the wall body. According to the lintel, the preset notch is preset, and the lintel with the preset notch is directly placed on the installation groove to be built along with bricks when the installation groove is formed in a secondary structure wall body, so that convenience is brought to later wire inlet and outlet pipes of the distribution box, later manual groove forming is not needed, and therefore the problems that appearance cleanliness is poor and the structural quality of the wall body is affected due to groove forming in the lintel in the later period can be solved; and meanwhile, construction efficiency can be improved, and labor cost is saved.
