The invention discloses a building frame mounting process for a box-type building, and relates to the field of building construction. The building frame mounting process comprises the following specific steps that 1, a frame mounting position line is drawn on a building foundation by using white lime according to the drawing size; and 2, round or square foundation pits are dug in the ground, ground beams are mounted and fixed to the foundation pits, one ground beam is arranged on each foundation pit, concrete is poured around the foundation pits, then the ground is flattened, the ground is flattened and reinforced by adopting cement paste, so that the ground beams and a cement surface are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and after the soil and the cement are hard, an elastic waterproof layer is laid. Reinforcing rods are fixed between prefabricated concrete columns in a crossed mode, on the one hand, wallboards are convenient to assemble, and on the other hand, the frame is more stable; and meanwhile, lead core rubber supports are arranged between the ground beams and the prefabricated concrete columns, the good shock isolation and absorption effect is achieved, and the impact effect of loads on a building structure can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于箱式建筑的建筑框架安装工艺,涉及建筑施工领域,本发明具体步骤如下:步骤1:按照图纸尺寸,利用白石灰在建筑基础上画出框架安装位置线;步骤2:在地面上挖设呈圆形或正方形的基坑,将地梁安装在基坑上固定,每个基坑上设置一个地梁,用混凝土浇注基坑的四周,再将地面进行平整,采用水泥浆进行地面平整加固,使得地梁与水泥面在同一水平面,待混泥土和水泥坚硬后再铺设弹性防水层。本发明在预制砼柱之间通过交叉的方式固定有加强杆,一方面便于装配墙板,另一方面使得框架更加稳定,同时通过在地梁和预制砼柱之间设置有铅芯橡胶支座,且具有良好的隔震减震作用,还可以减少荷载对建筑物结构的冲击作用。
