The invention provides a construction method of a placing platform for placing a shock insulation rubber support. The construction method comprises the steps that S1), a plurality of adjusting columns are pre-buried in a building foundation, and one ends of the adjusting columns extend out of the construction surface of the building foundation; S2), a construction area of a lower buttress is set out on the construction surface, and a projection reference of a supporting steel plate is marked in the construction area; S3), a steel reinforcement cage of the lower buttress is bound in the construction area, at least three adjusting columns in the construction area are adjusted to be kept vertical, and the extending ends of the adjusting columns are in threaded connection with adjusting sleeves; S4), the supporting steel plate is placed at the top end of the steel reinforcement cage; S5), the projection reference is used as a detection reference, the elevation, the levelness and the position degree of the supporting steel plate are adjusted, and the supporting steel plate and the steel reinforcement cage are fixed; and S6), a lower buttress formwork is erected around the steel reinforcement cage, and concrete is poured to form the lower buttress. According to the construction method, the installation precision of the supporting steel plate is adjusted through the adjusting columns and the adjusting sleeves, so that the problem that the construction precision of an installation platform for placing the shock insulation rubber support is poor is solved.
