The invention provides a method for replacing a telegraph pole in an electrified state. The method comprises the following specific steps that 1, an insulation shielding blanket is used for wrapping a power transmission line in an insulation mode; 2, the power transmission line is removed from a cross arm at the top end of the telegraph pole; 3, an inclined pit extending in the direction of the power transmission line is dug in the root of the telegraph pole; 4, the telegraph pole is put down along the inclined pit; 5, the telegraph pole is pulled out of the inclined pit, and a new telegraph pole is put into the inclined pit; 6, the new telegraph pole is vertically erected; 7, the inclined pit is backfilled, the ground around the new telegraph pole is tamped, and the power transmission line is fixed to a cross arm of the new telegraph pole; and 9, the insulation shielding blanket is taken down. According to the method, the telegraph pole can be replaced in the electrified state, the living and production electricity utilization requirements of users are met, in the telegraph pole replacing process, the telegraph pole is put down or erected in the extending direction of the power transmission line, the telegraph pole and the power transmission line are not scraped or collided, the power transmission line is prevented from being damaged, unnecessary workloads are reduced, and the power supply service quality is improved.
