The invention discloses a dustproof and antibacterial door handle. The dustproof and antibacterial door handle comprises a connecting rod for connecting a door handle with a door lock, a grip with openings in the two ends, a diaphragm box connected to one end of the grip in a sleeving mode, a barrel-shaped diaphragm arranged in the diaphragm box and a winding mechanism. The diaphragm box comprises a box body and an annular plate-shaped diaphragm cover, and the box body comprises a plate-shaped and annular bottom plate, a tubular outer ring with one end connected with one end of the bottom plate, and a tubular inner ring with one end connected with the bottom plate. A gap is formed between the diaphragm cover inner ring and the inner ring. One part of the diaphragm is positioned in the diaphragm box, and the other part of the diaphragm is arranged outside the grip in a sleeving mode and penetrates through the grip to be connected with the winding mechanism. By using the dustproof and antibacterial door handle, people do not touch the diaphragm which is touched and dirtied by others before, but touch the clean diaphragm, so that bacteria, viruses and stains are not easy to remain on the diaphragm and the grip, infectious diseases are prevented, hands of other people are not dirtied, and the psychology of people with nodules of cleaning is cared; and a sterile storage cabinet is not easy to pollute.
