Quick locking mechanism for rack access door
The invention discloses a quick locking mechanism for a rack access door. The quick locking mechanism for the rack access door comprises a lock rod, spring bolts, a magnet, a rotating shaft, a control block and an end seat, wherein the lock rod is axially provided with a penetrating through hole; the end seat is arranged at one end of the lock rod; a lock hole is radially formed in one end of the lock rod; the spring bolts are slidably arranged in the lock hole; the rotating shaft is arranged in the through hole; the magnet is arranged on the rotating shaft, and is located between the two spring bolts; the spring bolts are attracted or repulsed by the magnet; and the control block is arranged in an end cover and drives the rotating shaft to rotate by 180 degrees in a reciprocating mode. The principle that like poles attract and opposite poles repel of the magnet is ingeniously utilized, and then the spring bolts are controlled to be switched between the locking position and the unlocking position. A driving block is in threaded fit with a screw rod, linear motion is ingeniously converted into rotary motion, the rotating angle of the rotating shaft can be accurately controlled through cooperation of a guide groove and a guide block, and then the magnetic pole direction of the magnet is accurately adjusted.
