The invention discloses an automatic door intelligent control method. The intelligent control method comprises the following steps of reading the last total running time of an automatic door, comparing the last total running time with the preset total running time to obtain a time difference, controlling the input current of a motor, increasing the duty ratio of the motor in a high-speed interval, and increasing the speed of the motor; and controlling the running time of the high-speed interval to be consistent with the preset time. According to the intelligent control method, the speed of the automatic door in the high-speed interval can be automatically adjusted, and the defect that the automatic door is slowed down due to looseness caused by long-time use of a belt is overcome; a six-section type control mode is adopted, so that the automatic door is more accurate to control; and anti-pinch detection is added in the two sections speed reduction interval, so that the automatic door is safer and more reliable.
本发明揭示了一种自动门智能控制方法,包括如下步骤:读取自动门上次运行总时间,与预设的运转总时间进行比较,得到时间差,控制电机的输入电流,在高速区间提高电机的占空比,提高电机速度,并控制高速区间的运行时间与预设时间一致。本发明在自动门在高速区间中的速度能完成自动调节,克服因皮带使用时间过长导致松动而使自动门变慢的缺陷;六段式控制方式,让本发明的自动门控制更为精准;两段式减速区间中增加防夹检测,使本发明的自动门更为安全可靠。
