The invention discloses an indoor curtain adjusting device based on illumination recognition and temperature sensing. The indoor curtain adjusting device comprises a working box, wherein a working cavity is formed in the working box, and a recognition mechanism used for recognizing the outdoor illumination intensity is arranged in the working cavity. The outside illumination intensity is recognized through the recognition mechanism, when the recognized illumination intensity is high, a control mechanism controls a curtain to release shielding sunlight, then the outside temperature and the indoor temperature are sensed through a sensing mechanism, the outside temperature and the indoor temperature are compared through a swing rod; and when the indoor temperature is low, the control mechanism reversely operates to control the curtain to be pulled open to allow sunlight to enter, power is transmitted to operation of the whole device through a power mechanism, and the difference between the indoor temperature and the outside temperature is automatically adjusted.
