Concrete crack self-healing mixing capsule
The invention disclsoes a concrete crack self-healing mixing capsule. According to the concrete mixing capsule, when a crack is generated, the capsule in concrete can be automatically torn along with the development of the crack, powder in the capsule can form concrete-philic gel after encountering water to fill the crack, and the crack is bonded off after the gel is hardened, so that the purpose of self-healing of the concrete is achieved. The capsule can be made into a rough edge, after a concrete crack is developed, a crack surface and the rough edge can form an intersection line, the capsule with the rough edge is automatically torn, and the capsule can also be made into a capsule which is slowly released when meeting water.
一种混凝土拌合胶囊，在裂缝产生的时候，随着裂缝的开展混凝土内的胶囊会自动撕开，胶囊内的粉剂遇到水之后会形成亲混凝土凝胶充满裂缝，凝胶硬化后把裂缝黏合掉，达到混凝土自愈合的目的。胶囊可以做成毛边的，混凝土裂缝开展后,裂缝面和毛边会形成一条相交线，自动把有毛边的胶囊撕开，也可以做成遇水缓慢释放的胶囊。
