Manufacturing method of environment-friendly stone-like material
The invention provides a manufacturing method of an environment-friendly stone-like material. Rubble machine-made sand with more than 10 meshes, rubble machine-made sand with 20-40 meshes, rubble machine-made sand with less than 40 meshes, P.O52.5R cement, waste slurry, silica fume, 3-5mm glass fibers, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and iron oxide series pigment are used as raw materials. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) raw material preparation; (2) stirring; (3) forming; (4) standing and demolding; (5) maintaining; and (6) post-treatment: carrying out water milling and polishing on a semi-finished product to obtain the stone-like material. In addition, water in the waste liquid is collected as production circulating water, and the waste slurry continues to be used as a formula raw material part. According to the invention, rubble machine-made sand obtained by crushing waste stone and stone leftovers is used as a main raw material, and cement and other inorganic pollution-free materials are used for cementing molding. A mold is manufactured according to market requirements, and the minimum cutting amount is achieved. The production process is zero-pollution and zero-emission. The color, patterns and strength of the product are very close to those of stone, and waste is turned into wealth.
本发明提供一种环保仿石石材的制造方法,以10目以上的碎石机制砂、20‑40目的碎石机制砂、40目以下的碎石机制砂、P.O52.5R水泥、废浆、硅灰、3‑5mm玻璃纤维、聚羧酸减水剂和氧化铁系列颜料为原料,采用以下步骤:(1)原料准备;(2)搅拌;(3)成型;(4)静养脱模;(5)养护;(6)后处理:半成品水磨抛光,获得仿石石材;另外收集废液中,水用作生产循环用水,废浆继续作为配方原料部分。本发明以废弃石材和石材下脚料所破碎的碎石机制砂为主要原材料,利用水泥等无机无公害材料胶结成型。依据市场需求制作模具,达到最小切割量;生产过程零污染、零排放。产品的色泽、花纹、强度与石材非常接近,做到了变废为宝。
