The invention is applicable to the technical field of concrete, and relates to low-shrinkage low-viscosity and ultrahigh-strength concrete which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of Portland cement, 0.4-0.6 part of magnesium oxide, 60-80 parts of coarse aggregate, 60-80 parts of fine aggregate, 10-12 parts of carbon fiber, 20-40 parts of fly ash, 30-50 parts of microspheres, 0.8-1 part of a water reducing agent, 0.8-1 part of cellulose ether and 15-35 part of water. The Portland cement and the magnesium oxide are matched for use, so that the concrete obtained in the invention has low shrinkage, and the cracking phenomenon after use can be avoided; and by adding the fly ash, the microbeads, the water reducing agent and the cellulose ether, the concrete has the characteristic of low viscosity, so that the transportation of the concrete is facilitated, and the use of the concrete is facilitated.
