Environment-friendly high-precision aerated brick and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an environment-friendly high-precision aerated brick and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of aerated bricks. The environment-friendly high-precision aerated brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of building waste, 25 to 30 parts of gypsum, 20 to 25 parts of cement, 5 to 8 parts of a foaming agent, 5 to 10 parts of carbon powder, 20 to 40 parts of iron-ore slag, 1 to 4 parts of aluminum powder and a proper amount of water. The preparation method of the environment-friendly high-precision aerated brick comprises the following steps: 1 treating raw materials; 2 mixing the raw materials; 3 carrying out full mixing; 4 carrying out injection molding; and 5 carrying out firing. The structural strength of the hollow brick is obviously enhanced through the arrangement of the carbon powder and the subsequent heating and calcining process, meanwhile, after the carbon powder is burnt, fine bubble spaces can be effectively formed in the hollow brick, the heat preservation and insulation effect of the bubble brick is further enhanced, the used materials such as building waste and the iron-ore slag are convenient to obtain, and meanwhile, the waste is recycled.
