The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to flexible aggregate pavement pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method includes the steps that grounding waste plastic, calcium silicate slag powder and straw powder, and then evenly dispersing with a foaming agent in a high-speed mixer, and obtaining open-cell foamed particles with micron cells through rapid extrusion foaming; and mixing the open-cell foamed particles with cement, sodium silicate, a high-efficiency water reducing agent and water to obtain the flexible aggregate pavement pervious concrete. According to the pervious concrete, wastes are used as raw materials, the obtained open-cell foam particles can endow the concrete with flexibility, silicon-calcium slag powder and straw powder are dispersed in cells, and the silicon-calcium slag powder can be gelatinized after being hydrated, so that the bonding with cement hydration gel is stimulated, and good bonding strength is endowed, so that the interface bonding of cement and the open-cell foam particles is tight; meanwhile, the opening property of foam holes is kept, and the micropores are prevented from being blocked by cement.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域，具体涉及一种柔性骨料路面透水混凝土及制备方法，通过将废旧塑料与硅钙渣粉、秸秆粉研磨，然后和发泡剂在高混机中分散均匀，通过快速挤出发泡，得到具有微米泡孔的开孔发泡颗粒；将开孔发泡颗粒与水泥、硅酸钠、高效减水剂、水混合，得一种柔性骨料路面透水混凝土。该透水混凝土以废弃物为原料，得到的开孔泡沫颗粒可赋予混凝土柔性，且泡孔中分散硅钙渣粉、秸秆粉，由于硅钙渣粉水化后可产生胶凝，从而激发与水泥水化凝胶粘结，在赋予良好的粘结强度，从而使水泥与开孔发泡颗粒界面结合紧密，同时保持了泡沫孔的开孔性，防止水泥堵塞微孔。
