The invention provides antibacterial purple sand which takes a purple sand base material and an antibacterial material as raw materials, the antibacterial material takes tetrapod-like zinc oxide, ethylene glycol polyoxyethylene ether, lanthanum oxide and cerium oxide as main raw materials, and the antibacterial purple sand is prepared by the following steps: dissolving lanthanum oxide and cerium oxide and then adjusting the pH value to 7-9. after combustion, adding into a turbid liquid composed of tetrapod-like zinc oxide, ethylene glycol polyoxyethylene ether and water, drying, firing, and grinding with a composite additive and ethylene glycol polyoxyethylene ether to obtain the product. The purple sand base material and the antibacterial material can be well fused, the obtained antibacterial purple sand has good antibacterial performance, the antibacterial performance on staphylococcus aureus reaches 99.99%, the forming performance and using performance of the purple sand are not affected due to addition of the antibacterial material, and the obtained antibacterial purple sand is moderate in water absorption rate, the thermal shock resistance is good, lead and cadmium are not contained, the deformation of the product is small, leakage is avoided, and the use performance is good.
本发明提供一种抗菌紫砂,所述抗菌紫砂以紫砂基材和抗菌材料为原料,其中抗菌材料以四针状氧化锌、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚、氧化镧和氧化铈为主要原料,通过将氧化镧和氧化铈进行溶解然后调节pH为7‑9,燃烧后加入到四针状氧化锌和乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚与水组成的悬浊液中,进行干燥、灼烧,然后与复合添加剂、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚研磨得到;本发明中紫砂基材与抗菌材料能够实现良好的融合,得到的抗菌紫砂不仅具有良好的抑菌性能,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌性达到99.99%,并且抗菌材料的加入并不影响紫砂的成型性能及使用性能,得到的抗菌紫砂吸水率适中,抗热震性能良好,不含铅、镉,产品的变形小,无渗漏,具有良好的使用性能。
