Heat-resistant ceramic pot
The invention provides a heat-resistant ceramic pot. A manufacturing method of the heat-resistant ceramic pot comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a green body: taking raw materials of the green body in parts by weight, mixing the raw materials, putting the mixture into a ball mill for wet ball milling, ageing, and sieving with a 200 to 280-mesh sieve to obtain green body mud for later use; (2) preparing glaze: taking glaze raw materials in parts by weight, uniformly mixing, carrying out wet grinding for 5 to 8 hours, and sieving with a 300 to 325-mesh sieve to obtain 0.05% of screen residue, thereby obtaining glaze slip for later use; (3) carrying out slip casting on the blank mud to form a pot blank, drying, biscuiting at 880 to 1080 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 3 to 5 hours, and cooling to room temperature for later use; and (4) glazing the pot blank, drying, and firing in a kiln. The prepared heat-resistant ceramic pot is good in glossiness, glittering and translucent in glaze surface, free of pinholes, proper in thermal expansion coefficient, durable, easy to clean and suitable for high-temperature quick-firing cooking modes such as frying, frying and stir-frying, the thermal shock resistance of the heat-resistant ceramic pot does not crack after one-time heat exchange at the temperature of 550 to 20 DEG C, and the water absorption rate of the heat-resistant ceramic pot is within 5%.
