The invention provides a preparation method of a carbon-carbon blank for a carbon-ceramic brake disc. Thepreparation method comprises the following steps: step A, loading annular carbon fiber preforms into a vapor deposition furnace for pre-deposition, separating the carbon fiber preforms by carbon-material packing paper during furnace loading and stacking, respectively forming an inner ring space and an outer ring space on the inner side and the outer side of a stock column by baffles, wherein a bottom inlet of any one of the outer ring space and the inner ring space is blocked, and a top outlet of the other one is blocked; B, taking the carbon-carbon blank obtained through pre-deposition out of the vapor deposition furnace and then carrying out surface turning; and C, putting the carbon-carbon blank obtained through surface turning into the vapor deposition furnace to be subjected to densification treatment, wherein the furnace charging structure is the same as that in the step A, and the blocking modes of the outer ring space and the inner ring space are determined according to the distribution situation of the density of the carbon-carbon blank in the radial direction. The preparation method provided by the invention is beneficial to improving the density uniformity of the carbon-carbon blank, so that the carbon-ceramic brake disc can be produced more smoothly.
