The invention belongs to the technical field of railway steel rail welding, and particularly relates to high-carbon microalloyed heat treatment steel rails and a welding method thereof. The welding method is suitable for the steel rails with new components; and the high-carbon microalloyed heat treatment steel rails comprise, by weight: 0.90-1.0% of C, 0.30-0.65% of Si, 0.90-1.09% of Mn, 0.18-0.31% of Cr and 0.03-0.10% of V; and the welding method comprises the steps that the high-carbon microalloyed heat treatment steel rails are welded together in a welding mode, in the welding process, the welding heat input range is controlled to be 9.9 MJ-11.9 MJ, and the maximum upsetting amount range after welding is 12.0-13.0 mm. According to the high-carbon microalloyed heat treatment steel rails and the welding method thereof, the components of the steel rails are matched with the welding method, so that the mechanical property of the welded steel rails is improved, the tensile strength Rm is larger than or equal to 1350 MPa, and the hardness is larger than or equal to 420 HB; and propagation of cracks in welding joints caused by defects of a welding area is avoided, the service life of the steel rails is prolonged, and railway operation safety is guaranteed.
本发明属于铁路钢轨焊接技术领域,具体涉及一种高碳微合金化热处理钢轨及其焊接方法。针对一种新成分的钢轨,本发明提供了适用于该钢轨的焊接方法。高碳微合金化热处理钢轨,化学成分包括:按重量百分比计,C:0.90‑1.0%,Si:0.30‑0.65%,Mn:0.90‑1.09%,Cr:0.18‑0.31%,V:0.03‑0.10%。焊接方法为:采用焊接的方式将高碳微合金化热处理钢轨焊接在一起,在焊接过程中,控制焊接热输入量范围为9.9MJ~11.9MJ,焊后最大顶锻量范围为12.0~13.0mm。本发明的钢轨成分与焊接方法互相配合,共同使得焊接后钢轨的力学性能提高,抗拉强度Rm≥1350MPa,硬度≥420HB;避免因焊接区域缺陷而导致的焊接接头裂纹扩展,延长钢轨使用寿命,保证铁路运行安全。
