A jacking column structure is slidably installed in the shaft sleeve, one end of the jacking column structure extends out of the upper shell, and the other end of the jacking column structure moves along the side face of the telescopic disc; a power part is installed on the outer side of any vertical side face of the upper shell and is in transmission connection with the spline shaft.
