The invention discloses an anti-clogging tailing dam seepage drainage pipe structure and a construction method thereof. The seepage drainage pipe structure comprises a seepage drainage pipe main body, the seepage drainage pipe main body comprises a water guide section, a seepage collection section and a seepage collection section front end seal, wherein the rear end of the seepage collection section is connected with the front end of the water guide section, the rear end of the water guide section is connected with an elbow, an outlet of the elbow is formed upwards, a plurality of water seepage holes are formed in the seepage collection section at equal intervals, and the outer side of the seepage collecting section is fixedly sleeved with geotechnical cloth. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the position of the seepage drainage pipe is measured through an instrument; S2, a machine base for a drilling machine is manufactured; S3, the drilling machine is installed on the machine base, and drilling operation is conducted; S4, after drilling to the specified depth, the drilling machine continues to rotate, and high-pressure water flow is used for flushing residual soil debris in a hole till flowing-out water is not turbid; S5, the front end of the seepage drainage pipe main body is inserted into the drilled hole, and an elbow is fixedly connected to the rear end of the seepage drainage pipe main body; and S6, the outlet of the elbow is plugged, and water is drained after tailings around the seepage collection section are solidified and stabilized.
