The invention discloses an intelligent building irrigation device with a rainwater collecting function. The intelligent building irrigation device comprises a water storage tank, a water pump, universal wheels, spray heads and spray holes. A handle is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the water storage tank, and a water collecting tank is connected to the upper end of the water storage tank through bolts; a filter cover is placed at the upper end of the water collecting tank, a pedal is fixedly installed at the lower end of the water storage tank, and a nail hole is formed in the surface of the pedal; and a pedal nail is movably installed in the nail hole; an adapter pipe is fixedly connected to the tail end of a water pipe, a rubber ring is fixedly installed in a telescopic pipe, a groove is formed in the telescopic pipe, and an inner pipe is movably installed in the telescopic pipe. According to the intelligent building irrigation device with the rainwater collection function, civil engineering burying is not needed in the installation process, the installation cost is saved, installation time is shortened, the intelligent building irrigation device can be manually pushed in the use process to water places needing to be irrigated, the spraying angle is increased, the spraying range is enlarged, and water resources are well utilized.
