The invention discloses an efficient wall spraying device for constructional engineering. The efficient wall spraying device comprises a base, wherein moving wheels are connected to four corners of the bottom end of the base, a hand pushing frame is arranged at the top end of the base, and a coating box is connected to the top end of the base. According to the efficient wall spraying device, a stirring rod, a supporting rod, an air guide plate, a top frame, a first rolling bearing, a first rotating rod, fan blades, an air box, an air outlet hole, a ventilation pipe, an air blowing cover, a second driving motor, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear, a bevel gear, a second rotating rod and a fourth rolling bearing are arranged, so that the air blowing cover can conveniently move along with a spray head, and air is blown to a sprayed wall surface so as to rapidly air-dry a coating on the wall; and by utilizing a one-motor multi-drive manner, multiple effects of mixing and stirring the coating, air-drying the wall coating and dissipating the heat of the motor can be simultaneously achieved, so that the application range of the wall spraying device is enlarged.
