The automatic feeding and brushing equipment comprises a power box and a moving mechanism arranged on the lower side of the power box, a feeding barrel is used, an upper row of paint inlets and a lower row of paint inlets which are opposite in direction are formed in the outer side of the feeding barrel, and after the roller brush enters the feeding barrel, the paint inlets are formed in the upper row of paint inlets and the lower row of paint inlets. The self-contained power can drive the feeding cylinder to integrally rotate, so that external paint enters the lower side from the upper side to be discharged and is uniformly adhered to the outer ends of the bristles without infiltrating the roots of the bristles, the constant paint brushing amount each time is ensured while the service life of the roller brush is effectively prolonged, the problems of dripping and flowing caused by excessive paint amount are avoided, and the working efficiency is improved. The paint surface detection structure is arranged on the lower side of the roller brush, when the paint amount is insufficient, the roller brush can be supplemented with paint in time, the paint shortage situation which is difficult to recognize by human eyes is reduced, meanwhile, automation of the treatment process is achieved, the treatment efficiency is greatly improved, labor force is saved, and the wall painting cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于油漆涂料滚筒刷的自动上料刷涂设备,包括动力箱以及设置于所述动力箱下侧的移动机构,本发明使用了上料桶,而上料筒的外侧设置有上下两排反向的进漆口,在滚筒刷进入上料桶后,其自带的动力会带动上料筒整体旋转,使外界的油漆从上侧进入下侧排出,均匀的粘连接在刷毛的外端而没有浸润到毛根,有效延长滚筒刷使用寿命的同时,保证了每次刷涂漆量的恒定,避免了漆量过多导致的滴漏和流淌问题,在滚筒刷的下侧设置了漆面检测结构,在漆量不足时能够使滚筒刷及时的补漆,减少了人眼难以识别的缺漆情况,同时本发明实现了处理过程自动化,大大提高了处理效率,节省了劳动力,降低了墙面刷漆成本。
