The invention relates to a door lower guide wheel adjuster and a shower room door. The door lower guide wheel adjuster comprise a supporting body and a control member, wherein the supporting body is used for providing an imbedding groove for the installation of a guide wheel vehicle; the control member is arranged on the supporting body, and the control member rotates to push the guide wheel vehicle to move up and down, so that a guide wheel body of the guide wheel vehicle reaches a lower guide rail to be in contact fit; the guide wheel vehicle comprises a vehicle frame, and the vehicle frame is provided with an abutting face and an adjusting stroke hole; and when the guide wheel body reaches the lower guide rail to reach a proper position in a contact fit mode, the frame is fastened to the supporting body by means of a stroke limiting piece penetrating through the adjusting stroke hole, and therefore the adjusted fit position is locked. When the door body is matched with the guide wheel, the wheel body and the lower guide rail are matched and adjusted to the optimal matching position, and the door body moves stably; and the structure is simple and compact, the manufacturing cost is low, the use is convenient, the structure operation is stable, the safety and reliability are realized, the action is smooth, and the loosening and empty jumping or loosening phenomena are avoided, so that the technical, practical and economic properties are excellent.
