The invention discloses a quick-open type bridge bottom road water accumulation safety warning device, which comprises a fixing plate installed at the bottom of a bridge, wherein two piston devices and two hanging rods are symmetrically installed on the fixing plate, a pinch bar is rotationally installed at the telescopic end of each piston device, a sliding groove is formed in each pinch bar, the lower end of each hanging rod is slidably and rotationally installed in the corresponding sliding groove, and a floating rod is rotationally installed at the end, away from the piston device, of each pry bar. According to the invention, the depth of accumulated water can be sensitively detected by utilizing the buoyancy of the accumulated water and the principle of a labor-saving lever, and through the change of air pressure in the piston device and the warning tank and the limitation of the sealing plate through the first magnetic block, the second magnetic block and the pressure spring, the function that quick action is performed to implement warning after accumulated water reaches the limit water level is achieved, so that the device is more timely, reliable and eye-catching.
