The device comprises a frame, wherein a box is arranged on the frame, a feeding port is formed in the top wall of the box, a discharging port is formed in the bottom wall of the box, a crushing piece is arranged in the box, the crushing piece comprises two rotating shafts, each rotating shaft is sleeved with and fixedly connected with a crushing roller, a strip-like opening is formed in the box, an adjusting plate is arranged at the end, located outside the box, of each rotating shaft, the adjusting plates are slidably arranged on the box in the length direction of the strip-like opening, a mounting plate is arranged at the end, away from the corresponding adjusting plate, of each rotating shaft, the mounting plates are slidably arranged on the inner wall of the box in the length direction of the strip-like opening, an adjusting device used for driving the rotating shafts at the two sides to get close to or away from each other is arranged on the box, and a driving device used for driving the rotating shafts at the two sides to rotate in opposite directions while the distance between the rotating shafts at the two sides changes is arranged on the outer wall of the box. The device has the advantage of high applicability.
