The invention provides a detachable longitudinal stirrup positioning device of a prefabricated stand column. The detachable longitudinal stirrup positioning device comprises a fixing part, multiple positioning parts and a prefabricated stand column reinforcement cage, wherein the positioning parts are connected to one side of the fixing part and arranged along the length direction of the fixing part, multiple longitudinal stirrups are arranged on the outer surface of the prefabricated stand column reinforcement cage, and each longitudinal stirrup is matched with the corresponding positioning part by presetting the distance between every two positioning parts. With the detachable longitudinal stirrup positioning device of the prefabricated stand column, the problem that the positioning precision of longitudinal stirrups on a prefabricated stand column reinforcement cage is not high is solved.
