The invention discloses a processing technology of novel composite wall cloth/binding cloth. The processing technology comprises the following steps of: designing jacquard pattern tissues of surface fabric of cloth by adopting a pattern scanning mode, and determining reasonable technological parameters of the surface fabric of the cloth; performing spinning, spooling, warping, weaving, dyeing and self-cleaning finishing on the fabric of the surface layer of the cloth to obtain the surface layer of the cloth; carrying out composite processing on the cloth surface layer and the non-woven layer through a hot melt adhesive to form composite wall cloth/framing cloth; and cooling, trimming and curling the composite wall cloth/framing cloth to obtain a finished product. According to the invention, the composite wall cloth/framing cloth prepared by adopting the processing technology has the functions of safety, environmental protection, mould prevention, water prevention, stain prevention, self-cleaning, sound insulation and heat insulation, the defect of single function of the existing wall cloth/framing cloth material is overcome, and by perfectly combining jacquard weave and yarn-dyed stripes, the composite wall cloth/framing cloth is rich and pure in color and can keep three-dimensional texture for a long time.
本发明公开了一种新型复合墙布/装帧布的加工工艺，采用图形扫描的方式对布料表层面料的大提花花纹组织进行设计，并确定合理的布料表层面料的工艺参数；布料表层面料经过纺纱、络筒、整经、织造、染色、自清洁整理得到布料表层；将布料表层与无纺层通过热熔胶进行复合加工，形成复合墙布/装帧布；复合墙布/装帧布经冷却、裁边、卷曲，即得成品。采用上述加工工艺制得的复合墙布/装帧布具有安全、环保、防霉、防水、防渍、自清洁、隔音、隔热功能，解决了现有墙布/装帧布材料功能单一的缺陷，同时采用提花组织与色织条纹完美结合，复合墙布/装帧布色彩丰富纯正且立体质感能长久保持。
