The invention relates to the technical field of construction machinery, in particular to a safe rail clamping device and a using method thereof.The safe rail clamping device is characterized in that a through groove used for containing a steel rail is formed in a clamp body, the top end of the through groove is provided with an inclined face inclining towards one side, and the bottom of the through groove is provided with an abutting part used for being abutted against the steel rail; the upper end face of a wedge is matched with the inclined face arranged at the top end of the through groove, at least one side of the wedge extends to the outer side of the through groove, and a lifting hole is formed in the outer side of the through groove; and a wedge fastener is arranged on one side of the clamp body to fasten the wedge. Compared with the prior art, the combined structure is simple and feasible and easy to mount and demount, and the steel rail clamping device is improved on the basis of an existing clamp working mode aiming at the problem that no reliable clamp exists in steel rail hoisting in the existing urban rail laying construction field, so that the steel rail can be stably and reliably clamped in the steel rail hoisting process, and accidents are reduced; and meanwhile, the clamp is improved, so that the steel rail can be more conveniently clamped by the clamp.
本发明涉及施工机械技术领域,具体来说是一种安全夹轨装置及使用方法,夹具体内具有用于容置钢轨的通槽,通槽的顶端具有向一侧倾斜的斜面,所属的通槽的底部设有用于抵持钢轨的抵持部;楔子的上端面与所述的通槽的顶端设有的斜面相适应,楔子的至少一侧延伸至通槽的外侧且在所述的通槽的外侧处设有起吊孔;楔子紧固件设置于夹具体的一侧,以紧固楔子。本发明同现有技术相比,组合结构简单可行,易于安装与拆卸,针对现有城市轨道铺轨施工领域中钢轨吊运无可靠夹具的问题,在现有夹具工作模式的基础上对钢轨夹具装置进行改进,使之能够在钢轨吊运过程中稳定可靠的装夹钢轨,减少事故的发生,同时改进夹具,使之能够更方便地进行钢轨装夹工作。
