The invention discloses a steam curing process for a composite heat-preservation externally-hung wallboard component of a fabricated building. The steam curing process comprises the following steps: S1, preparing slurry; s2, preparing a blank body; s3, pre-curing: specifically, the outer impeller plate blank and the inner impeller plate blank which are manufactured in the step S2 are placed in a curing bin to be pre-cured; step S4, steam curing: carrying out steam curing on the outer impeller plate crude product and the inner impeller plate crude product which are subjected to pre-curing in the step S3; and step S5, steaming: steaming the product steamed in the step S4 to obtain a finished product. The invention further provides the composite heat-preservation externally-hung wallboard component of the fabricated building prepared according to the steam curing process for the composite heat-preservation externally-hung wallboard component of the fabricated building.
