And a vertical transmission gear and a belt pulley are respectively fixed at the front part and the rear part of each transmission shaft. By means of the lifting table capable of ascending and descending at the same time, the danger that a blind person walks between the blind sidewalk and the traffic lane can be reduced, meanwhile, the self-locking lifting table can ensure the safety that the blind person steps on the blind sidewalk again after walking through the traffic lane, and the collecting box capable of collecting rainwater can ensure that the rainwater is drained in time; and through the use of the projection lamp, the sound box and the infrared sensor, passing vehicles and pedestrians can be reminded, so that the walking safety of the blind person can be guaranteed.
