Rapid repairing method for asphalt pavement
The invention provides a rapid repairing method of an asphalt pavement. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out opening along a crack of the asphalt pavement to obtain a repairing groove, wherein the width of the opening position of the repairing groove is greater than or equal to the width of the crack, and the depth of the repairing groove is greater than or equal to the width of the crack; coating the side wall of the repairing groove with modified emulsified asphalt; and filling the repairing groove with an asphalt mixture to form an asphalt layer, wherein when the depth of the repairing groove is larger than 3 mm, the asphalt layer includes two or more layers of layered structures, and a road surface reinforced net is arranged between at least two layers of layered structures. The method is combined with a road surface reinforced net laying technology, existing cracks can be well repaired, the strength of a newly-repaired pavement can be enhanced, and reflection cracks can be basically avoided.
本发明提供一种沥青路面的快速修补方法,其包括以下步骤:沿着所述沥青路面的裂缝进行开口,获取修补槽,所述修补槽的开口位置的宽度大于等于裂缝的宽度,所述修补槽的深度大于等于裂缝的宽度;在所述修补槽的侧壁涂覆改性乳化沥青;在所述修补槽内填充沥青混合料,以形成沥青层;当所述修补槽的深度大于3mm时,所述沥青层包括两层或两层以上的层状结构,至少在两层所述层状结构之间设置有路面加筋网。本发明的方法结合路面加筋网铺设技术,不仅能较好修补现有裂纹,还可增强新修路面强度,基本上可以避免反射裂缝的出现。
