Three-point truss type girder bridge intelligent steel diaphragm
The invention discloses a three-point truss type girder bridge intelligent steel diaphragm which is installed between webs of two adjacent small box girders or T-shaped girders, and comprises two lower steel plates which are pre-buried at the bottoms of adjacent web plates, a top steel plate which is pre-buried in post-poured concrete between adjacent beam flanges, and three supporting steel pipes which are respectively matched and fixed with the lower steel plates and the top steel plate to form a triangular supporting structure; joint plates are perpendicularly arranged on the lower steel plate and the top steel plate, and the supporting steel pipes are fixedly welded to the joint plates in a matched mode through welding seams formed in the two ends. By means of the concrete diaphragm beam, the structural defects caused by construction of an existing concrete diaphragm beam can be overcome, and the concrete diaphragm beam has the advantages of being low in self-weight, high in strength, easy and convenient to construct and the like.
本发明公开了一种三点桁架式梁桥智能钢横隔梁,安装在相邻两个小箱梁或T形梁的腹板之间,包括预埋在相邻腹板底部的两块下部钢板、预埋在相邻梁翼缘之间后浇混凝土中的一块顶部钢板以及分别与下部钢板和顶部钢板配合固定形成三角形支撑结构的三根支撑钢管;所述的下部钢板和顶部钢板上均垂直设有节点板,所述支撑钢管通过两端设置的焊接缝与节点板配合焊接固定。利用本发明,可以改善现有的混凝土横隔梁由于施工所造成的的构造缺陷,具有自重轻、强度高、施工简便等优势。
