Weathered rock excavation construction process in inland river harbor basin
The invention discloses an excavation construction process of weathered rock in an inland river harbor basin, which is used for excavating underground weathered rock close to the shore in the harbor basin to the designed bottom elevation of the harbor basin, and the weathered rock is distributed according to the height of the shore side and the height of the river side. The excavation construction technology comprises the following steps that firstly, a cutter suction dredger is adopted for excavating sludge and a soil layer on the upper layer of weathered rock in a harbor basin, and the excavation construction technology comprises the following steps of sludge containing area construction, sludge discharging pipeline assembling and laying, cutter suction dredger positioning and cutter suction dredger dredging and hydraulic reclamation; secondly, a cofferdam is built on the outer side of the weathered rock, and the method comprises the following steps that survey lofting is conducted, the arrangement position of the cofferdam is determined, cofferdam construction is conducted, water is drained from the inner side of the cofferdam, and a dry construction environment is formed in the cofferdam; thirdly, an excavator is adopted in the cofferdam to be matched with a crusher to excavate the weathered rock; and fourthly, the cofferdam is dismantled. According to the excavation construction process, construction is convenient, dredging efficiency can be improved, environmental protection is achieved, and no influence is caused to nearby national roads, railways, workshops and houses.
本发明公开了一种内河港池中风化岩的开挖施工工艺,用于将港池内靠岸边的地下风化岩开挖至港池的设计底标高,风化岩以岸侧高、江侧低分布。本发明的开挖施工工艺包括以下流程:流程一,采用绞吸船开挖港池内风化岩上层的淤泥和土层,并包括以下步骤:纳泥区建设、排泥管线组装铺设、绞吸船定位和绞吸船疏浚吹填。流程二,在风化岩的外侧修筑围堰,包括以下步骤:测量放样、确定围堰的布置位置、围堰施工、围堰内侧排水,使围堰内形成干施工环境。流程三,在围堰内采用挖掘机配合破碎机开挖风化岩。流程四,拆除围堰。本发明的开挖施工工艺,既方便施工,又能提升疏浚效率,而且环保,对附近的国道、铁路、厂房和民房没有影响。
