A hydraulic oil cylinder is movably hinged to the gate, one end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected to a hoist support, and the hoist support is installed on the dam body through an anchor bolt and a nut. The dam body is further provided with a pipe ditch, and the pipe ditch is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder through an oil pipe.
