The invention discloses a flatness-convenient-to-observe reinforcing device for deep foundation construction, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. According to the device, when a foundation is tamped and reinforced, after punning operation is carried out for a certain time, workers of operation equipment can know in time, when the lower pressing block is located in the middle of a foundation pit, all horizontal discs can be put down, and the detection range is maximum; when the lower pressing block is located at the corner of the foundation pit, the corresponding horizontal disc is controlled to be put down, detection within the effective range is carried out, the workers do not need to stop to enter the foundation pit for complex detection operation, and the construction period is shortened; and moreover, the workers of the operation equipment can visually know the flatness condition of the tamped foundation surface, then the punning range can be adjusted at any time, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
