The invention discloses a geotechnical engineering slope water seepage prevention structure. The geotechnical engineering slope water seepage prevention structure comprises a slope body, wherein a foundation layer, a gravel layer and a concrete layer are sequentially arranged on the slope body from bottom to top; a dam is arranged on the left side of the slope body; an upper drainage pipe for draining water on the concrete layer is arranged on the dam; a drainage channel is arranged on the left side of the dam; a water blocking channel is arranged on the upper side of the slope body; a collecting assembly is arranged on the inner side of the water blocking channel; a lower drainage pipe for communicating the water blocking channel with the drainage channel is arranged on the inner side of the slope body; and a cleaning assembly is arranged on the inner side of the lower drainage pipe. The geotechnical engineering slope water seepage prevention structure is reasonable in design, by arrangement of the cleaning assembly, the purpose of cleaning algae is achieved by reciprocating motion of a brush in the lower drainage pipe, by arrangement of the collecting assembly, dead leaves and garbage are adsorbed when a collecting rod rotates, and are transferred into a collecting box, and therefore, the circumstance that an inlet of the lower drainage pipe is blocked is prevented.
