The invention discloses a prefabricated foundation bearing platform. The prefabricated foundation bearing platform comprises a steel structure bearing platform and a bearing platform base, wherein a vibration isolation device is arranged on the bearing platform base; the steel structure bearing platform is arranged on the vibration isolation device; the bearing platform base comprises a first upper template, a first lower template and a plurality of first supporting steel beams; the size of the first upper template is smaller than that of the first lower template; the first supporting steel beams are arranged between the first upper template and the first lower template; a first supporting template is further arranged between the first upper template and the first lower template; the first upper template, the first lower template, the first supporting steel beams and the first supporting template are enclosed to form a cubic structure with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, so that the whole foundation bearing platform has good anti-drawing performance and the risk that a building is damaged in natural disasters can be effectively reduced; the prefabricated foundation bearing platform does not need to be cast in situ and is simple to assemble; and the prefabricated foundation bearing platform can be rapidly constructed in a disaster area and rapid promotion of post-disaster reconstruction work of the disaster area is facilitated.
