The invention discloses a pavement gutter inlet diversion and sewage interception device. The water inlet end provided with a first rainwater pipe is higher than a partition plate, the other end of the first rainwater pipe is provided with a bottom plate for sealing, the first rainwater pipe is connected with a second rainwater pipe used for guiding rainwater, and a water inlet, located on the partition plate, of a rainwater port inner chamber is provided with an overflow baffle. The overflow baffle is higher than the water inlet end of the first rainwater pipe. The height of the water inlet end of the first rainwater pipe is set to be lower than the height of the overflow baffle of the rainwater opening inner chamber opening, rainwater is guided into the greenbelt for stagnant storage, when the rainwater exceeds the greenbelt stagnant storage capacity, the rainwater can overflow to an underground rainwater pipeline, and therefore road surface rainwater drainage safety can be guaranteed, and municipal rainwater pipe network loads can be reduced. By arranging the sand setting box and controlling the connecting position of the second rainwater pipe on the first rainwater pipe, rainwater can be further filtered and purified. By arranging the bottom plate which is opened and closed through the bottom plate opening and closing device, the gutter inlet is convenient to clean.
