The invention provides a fabricated spliced corrugated steel plate concrete composite shear wall and a manufacturing method thereof. The shear wall comprises steel pipe concrete columns and steel beam joint connecting pieces, vertically-stacked corrugated steel plate sets are arranged between the steel pipe concrete columns, the adjacent corrugated steel plate sets are fixedly connected with a middle partition plate, through holes are formed in the middle partition plate; each corrugated steel plate set comprises a first corrugated steel plate and a second corrugated steel plate, a cavity is formed between the first corrugated steel plate and the second corrugated steel plate, and cavity is filled with concrete; the upper ends of the steel pipe concrete columns and the upper ends of the steel beam joint connecting pieces are connected through interlayer steel partition plates, the lower ends of the steel pipe concrete columns are connected through the interlayer steel partition plates, and steel bars penetrate through the interlayer steel partition plates to extend into the cavity downwards or upwards; and holes are formed in the interlayer steel partition plates. According to the technical scheme, during construction, the stability of components is good, construction can be conducted while concrete is poured, the construction difficulty is lowered, and the construction speed is increased.
本发明提供了一种装配式拼接波纹钢板混凝土组合剪力墙及其制作方法,其中剪力墙其包括钢管混凝土柱和钢梁节点连接件,所述钢管混凝土柱之间设有竖向堆叠的波纹钢板组,相邻的波纹钢板组分别与中间隔板固定连接,所述中间隔板上设有通孔;所述波纹钢板组包括第一波纹钢板和第二波纹钢板,第一波纹钢板和第二波纹钢板之间设有腔体,腔体内装有混凝土;所述钢管混凝土柱的上端之间、钢梁节点连接件的上端之间通过层间钢隔板连接,钢管混凝土柱的下端之间通过层间钢隔板连接,钢筋穿过层间钢隔板向下或向上伸入腔体内;所述层间钢隔板上设有孔洞。本发明的技术方案,施工时构件稳定性好,可边浇筑混凝土边施工,降低了施工难度,提升了施工速度。
