The steel skeleton light concrete partition wall assembling design structure comprises a partition wall body, wherein the partition wall body comprises a steel skeleton; a plurality of first through holes are formed in a light concrete brick; countersunk head screws are arranged in the first through holes; the light concrete brick is connected to the steel skeleton through the countersunk head screws; a first clamping block is arranged on one side of the light concrete brick; a first clamping groove matched with the first clamping block is formed in the other side of the light concrete brick; a limiting groove is formed in the first clamping groove; an elastic component is arranged in the limiting groove; a limiting plate is connected to the elastic component; a second clamping block is arranged at the bottom of the light concrete brick; a second clamping groove matched with the second clamping block is formed in the top of the light concrete brick; a penetrating hole is formed in the second clamping groove; a fixing rod is arranged in the penetrating hole; and the fixing rod extends into the limiting groove and abuts against the limiting plate.
